Tribal Decor

If there’s a style that I am still loving and never want to leave, it’s tribal patterns. Some may say this is just a trend, but in reality it’s been around for a very long LONG time. Tribal print decor can be paired with so many design styles and aesthetics. I love adding tribal inspired pillows to modern living rooms, or tribal art to simplistic bedrooms. Tribal patterns make a space feel high end and complete. It’s important to build this look piece by piece. An entire room full of tribal accessories can feel too overwhelming, and can be hard on your pocketbook. Accessories are where tribal decor comes to life. From rugs to decorative items and pictures, these are the pieces that give that tribal character to a room. And they can be moved around a lot easier.

Like I said before, the beauty of tribal decor is that it mixes so well with other decor styles such as Mid Century to create a clean and modern, interesting look. A few other styles to that can compliment tribal decor are Scandi, Minimalist Modern, Danish Design and even Rustic Modern. Unless you have a love for a specific type of tribal style, mix things up with different patterns and pieces from all over the world. Don’t be afraid to play around with this style! I’ve picked some of my favorite tribal pieces for you to consider for your own home.
