Convert your home into a tranquil retreat with IKEA’s new collection: TÄNKVÄRD. This new line “blends Scandinavian freshness with Japanese calm” by combining smart design with earthly influences. The color palette boasts neutral hues and shades of cobalt blue that breathe a refreshing and peaceful vibe into your space. Japanese and Swedish influences come together to form a “Zendinavian” hybrid which evoke the inspiration behind TÄNKVÄRD. IKEA designer Akanksha Deo shares, “This collection is all about self-care: embracing what is calming, pleasing, relaxing. It’s about going back to basic human needs”. The “feel-good” notion doesn’t stop there; TÄNKVÄRD coincides with the brand’s Sustainability Strategy which explores a more eco-friendly way of making products with natural resources such as rattan, cotton, linen, jute, and seagrass.
